Every year, CLAIR collects contact information from JET participants completing their term on the JET Programme via the After JET Contact Information Form, to assist them in maintaining connections with Japan and the JET Programme.
Information about returnee JET receptions and other events will be sent from CLAIR overseas offices, and Japanese Embassies and Consulates to the email address you provide on the form. If you do not provide an email address, you will not receive this information.
Via the form, you are also able to request to join a JET Alumni Association (JETAA) chapter. CLAIR will forward your contact information to the chapter which you request to join. Information about JETAA chapters can be found here.
You can also request to receive CLAIR’s annual e-newsletter for JET Alumni, JET Streams, via the form.

The form can only be accessed between Thursday, 4 June and Friday, 17 July.
