The Contracting Organization Manual, called the Keidan Manual, is a publication in Japanese to provide guidance for groups that contract JET Programme participants.

CLAIR works to provide information that will be the most useful for C.O.s, such as what to do when new JET participant first arrives and preparing for natural disasters or emergency situations.
